Not bad, not great

<p>I had a window claim with King Price insurance, which I lodged on Saturday. The claim was to be processed with Autoboys Pretoria. When I called Autoboys Pretoria on Monday they had not received the claim. I had to call King Price back for them to reprocess the claim. Autoboys Pretoria are a terrible Service Provider, after numerous calls back and fourth, I had to call King Price on Thursday to indicate that Autoboys had not ordered by window successfully as yet. King Price moved my claim over to Glasfit, who were very helpful and able to assist me within two days. Why wasn't I offered the option of Glasfit from the very beginning, if there service is far superior to Autoboys? The excess for a window claim is very high with King Price, but I had accepted this when taking out the policy. I also found out that I was not covered for smash and grab tint which I was not aware until my claim. King Price are satisfactory so far, for the price I'm paying, but have not exceeded my expectations. Please ask customers if they have smash and grab tint when they are taking out their policies. Please give customers the choice of Autoboys or Glasfit as options when they are making the claim.</p>
