Not all client services are bad

Called in to update my policy and I was assisted by Cara Grater. Not only was she friendly and helpful, she actually made me laugh too. Friendliness goes a long way and she certainly made my day and the updating of my policy so simple. I also received the updated policy straight after ending the call with her which is fantastic. Well done
