Not a happy paying customer

I’m not happy with the service I’m getting since I submitted my claim,I’ve been paying my monthly premiums without a fail and it been 7 to 8 years and I’ve never claim before bt it’s my first time to claim I’m struggling to get service,what was the reason to have you as my insurance if ur not going to help me when I submit my claim .clearly if u wnt a piece of mind u must stay away from king price.
