Not a happy customer.
I’m very unhappy that king price offer all these benefits, but after being with them for a year and not claiming for anything or missing any monthly payment. Now they want to increase my monthly premium on my car as well as my phone. As we all know our car decreases every month the older it gets. When I saw the new policy schedule I almost fell off my chair. And unfortunately king price if you can not re look into the policy. Unfortunately I will have to sign up with a new car insurance.

08 Nov 2021, 16:10Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore! These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
