Norman Burness - Awesome Call Centre Agent
Dear Team at King Price
Yesterday I had the most enjoyable and enthusiastic call centre agent, who really knew his stuff, assisting me with outstanding service . This is Norman Burness, an AMAZING young gent who assisted me in getting my partners vehicle insured. not only that, he helped in less than the usual 15 minutes going through all legal details and answering all my queries.
Best agent to date.
