So I receive an email from King Price regarding annual increases, and what do I do? I jump on the phone and King Price answered, I went all out even said I will cancel my policy. They referred me to Norman Burness one of their senior advisors and wow what a awesome guy. He jump right into action looking at my policy making sure all the info are 100% and continues to make me feel important.

At the end I am very happy with the outcome and if it wasn't for Norman Burness I might have been on the phone with another insurance company now.
