Non payment of settlement of my car by kingprice after a legitimate promise

My car was bumped by young white lady on the right front side on February 2023.Kingprice refused to pay a settlement amount based on the following allegations.They said I was dishonest.After I was discharged from hospital still shock I went home to sleep.In the morning they called me to finalised the claim.First thing they asked which hospital I was taken to?.I said Louis Pasture in Pretoria CBD without checking my file ,then I open the file and find Doctors priscription which was written Medforum.I immediately called to rectified this..They told me they will correct it not a problem.So as a result they keep on promising me that my claim will be resolved.The lady who was always helping me told me that my claim is being handled by her seniors.They called to their offices for interview only to find out its an interrogation and I was recorded without my knowledge.These two guys one black by the name of Lorence and a white guy who was the assessor of the car who wrote it off.After the interview they told me that they will call the bank ask for a settlement amount .I was informed that I will be contacted in two days.Waiting with high hopes only hear that my claim had been declined.During all their investigations were going on.checking my banks ,hospital report,tracker.Their reasons were I **** about the hospital,I parked in Sunnyside for four hours,They also said my car was in Brooklyn which is not the viccinity of my wifes workplace of which that was not true.I just want the citizen of thecountry not to be the victim of kingprice like myself.Do not join kingprice and those who are already joined please cancell your policy and join good insurance.This campany is so bad .Do not be attracted by no access and your premium will go down every month. My car is a vw tiguan 1.4 engine 2020.What they did they took my car to gobid where they striped the front bumper without my permission.They also told this gobid to call me and offer me R120000.I refused the offer .My case is still with the ombudsman untill today.hellopter publish the story.
