Non Payment of Accident Claim

I would not recommend ANYBODY to be insured with them. I was insured with them and recently had an accident, they rejected my claim saying that I was not the regular driver, they produced a voice recording of the time I wanted insurance from them and it clearly states in the recording that the Insurance belongs to my mother. I enquired what the process will be after this they told me they would give me my premiums back because the contract I had with them was null void since I was not the regular driver according to them. After giving me the silent treatment for 2 weeks I had to call to find when they will pay the premiums back, To my shock I was informed they would only give me one months premium back ( After I had been paying for 18 months). When I enquired why they said they would call me back( Which of course they never did). Today the deposited 6months' premiums into my account and I called to find how they reached 6 months &amp
