Non-existing customer service

Received an email dated 26 June 22 from Warren at King Price indicating that my car is in the quality control where the panel beater is checking the repairs. To my surprise I collect a car that has a wobbly wheel and a hooter that is not working. Am not sure what quality control check was done if a car is in that state.

The car has been with Farber Coachworks Lansdowne since mid March 2022, received the car on 6 June 22, with the above issues.

Once again, am called by Farber Coachworks on 9 June 22, to collect the car. Car is collected today 13 June 22, the wheel is still wobbly. What mediocre workshop is King Price referring its clients to?

Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide. Our claims department will be in contact to discuss.

I sang praises of good customer service too soon.
My car was collected all was good, kept in the garage since then decided to drive it to charge the battery only to find the hooter is not working once again and the wheel alignment is not done.
Informed Bennie from King Price as the service consultant, no response.
Took the car back to Farber Coach works in Lansdowne only to find the wires of the hooter are loose they were not tightened. Mentioned the wheel alignment issue it was not entertained.
The least Farber Coach should have done is to test drive the car to confirm the issue but no they decided to ignore the wheel alignment issue and blame it on tyres.
