Non-Compliance
I will keep this sweet and short.
Just like the 1 minute and 15 seconds rejection call I received from consultant Namhla Mpalulo.
I was phoned just before 5 yesterday afternoon to be advised that my claim has been rejected, wear and tear on a faulty backlight on my Smart TV.
My biggest issue was that this consultant: * Didn't do any security check to confirm is she was indeed speaking to the correct person. * Didn't mention the rejection letter will be send * Didn't explain any escalation steps or offered to escalate the issue further.
All because while I was still speaking to her she dropped the call. I do understand that technology happens, but she would have called back to complete the call right?? Nope, didn't call me back at all.
Seems her department only works till 5, must be the reason for the poor and hasty rejection call. And mind you the call is not up to any compliance standard within the insurance industry.
King Price prides themselves in treating their clients like "Kings and Queens" well I felt like something being push out the door just to get ride off.
Because of one rotten apple named Namhla Mpalulo, King Price will be losing a client.
Called in on the 15th of November and was told a consultant will call me shortly. Ten days later and not one call received from King Price.
I will be sending an email, seems the assessing company that King Price used to assess the damage on the tv is just as ***********. Hisense tv collected but the assessor noted a Panasonic tv.
As per the assessor appointed by King Price, backlights faulty, due to wear and tear.
Took my tv to be repaired only to be told by my own supplier that backlights are in working order.
