Nola assisted me with cancelling my insurance policy (that was no longer relevant to me) and made it really easy after presenting me with a better offer. I appreciate a positive end to this engagement and will consider King Price again in the future. The call centre staff microphones need an upgrade, though. The noise cancelling is also really bad (either cutting everything out or not working at all) and it's amazing they give such great service with such bad equipment.
