Nobukosibake Magwa from King Price Insurance

Morning, i will like to express my appreciation to a lady called Nobukosibake Magwa, from King Price Insurance. On 17 June 2020 around 06h15 i was involved in an accident at Pretoria, Arcadia. Luckily no one was injured and as i am insured with King Price Insurance, i called the company and i was talking to the lady called Nobukosibake Magwa. She was as professional as ever and even though i was stressed and panicking, she was patient with me, put me at ease and assured me that everything will be fine. This is my first accident since my driving in 2002. Being involved in an accident is not an experience i will wish to anyone, not even my worse enemy.

Nobukosibake Magwa from King Price Insurance keep constant communication with me at the scene, liaise with all service providers at the scene and she really made me to appreciate the importance of having King Price Insurance in my life. I will like to express my gratitude to her and the entire King Price Team for the professionalism demonstrated in the time of the unpleasant event.

And thank you for King Price for keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process. I am confident that everything will go well, especially by the way they handled my claim from day 1.
