No, we don't actually call you back - we just thought it'll look good on the website...
<p>On Wednesday morning 26 October 2016, I needed to make some ammendments on my policy and logged into the website. Low and behold, KP offers to call you provied one leaves your details. I suppose I can let go of my breath I was holding...</p> <p>It's either just a joke, or it looks good on their site because it certainly is not their intention to make good on a promise to call..</p>
