No Urgency or Whatsoever.

My car was in an accident 8th of February 2021, I went through the proper channels contacted my Insurance (King Price) , they took the car for repairs to MAG , It stayed there for 2 months, Even then I was complaining about MAG's transparency to what mechanical damage was found on the car except for the back bamper and the light and there was no mechanical report sent or given to me , I still tried to involve King Price to intervene but they would get their MAG to contact me even though they are the same people messing up, Friday 9th I went to get my car from MAG, Sunday my car started overheating they took it back to MAG again , I called them everyday from the 13th April to ask if they found what the problem was but the response has been we will get back to you as soon as we have the report to what may have caused the damage. I am really been taking for a clown by both MAG and King Price , I literally ran out of options of what to do ,will I ever get my car on the same state it was at...
