No telephone etiquette nor servicing

I called the claims department as well as servicing department and I don't seem to be getting any joy from you guys. I'm on my 5th call and don't seem to be getting any help. Every time I speak to an agent but no one seem to think I should be given a call back even after stating my ordeal and that I need to claim.<br> <br> I mean I'm giving the agents my ID number, surely they can match the number I'm calling from to the one stored on your system. This means if I'm hijacked and don't have enough airtime to call, I would be left stranded with nowhere to get help.<br> <br> My car was broken into, and dealing with claim staff should be a blissful and delighting experience at all times...... Buy King Price is doing the direct opposite of what yall believe in.
