No service or answer of calls during an emergency

Absolutely poor and disgusting service or no service at all from King Price this past Saturday the 29th February 2020. We had an emergency whereby my one vehicle was stuck just outside Randfontein Raceway this past Saturday, i called the emergency help line and the towing assistance help line over 6 times and awaited over 7 to 10 mins on each call each time and with no luck at all no one answered it just kept on saying they have a high call volume on a Saturday night after 8pm, really what high call volume, we where in distress in a dark area with no help we could of gotten ******ed or knocked or even hijacked. this is absolutely the most pathetic service i ever came across and i am definitely moving away from King Price, you maybe the cheapest but the most pathetic service provider there is.
