No service, no communication and *********** staff form Price Insurance

My car was ****** from my property on Friday night the 9th Sept 2022 just around midnight. It was reported to the police and the King Price Insurance on the morning of Saturday 10th. The car was recovered by the police on the same day, also during the course of the morning. They fetched the keys from me and took the car to the police station at Pinetown. My husband was then contacted to go and identify the car which he did on the Tuesday morning the 13th. He let the insurance company (Price King) know that it was indeed our car. The person who was allocated by Price Insurance have done absolutely nothing! He does not even respond to emails send to him. My car is still sitting at the police station. Today is now Monday the 19th October 2022. The *********** person at Price Insurance eventually rep**** to another e-maill my husband had to send this morning to ask about the car. The King Price "agent" wanted to know if we had identified the car??? The insurance company had been informed on the Tuesday the previous week by phone and several e-mails, that was just ignored, that the car was seen by my husband and identified as ours. 9 Days later and the car is still sitting at the police station. If I could give you a ZERO rating I would. This is pure incompetence from King Price Insurance. No service and very poor communication.
