Never In my life have I been this disappointed. I had an accident on my motorcycle due to gravel in the road. From the start I knew I would have issues when they said I need to collect the bike myself and move it somewhere more accessible to them. Then they tried to charge me for the towing as I did not follow the protocol. This is from the 3rd of March. They then hit me with an extra R2000 on my excess on the fact that I didn't hit anyone. I gave them numbers of witnesses who were there and not one of them has received a phone call. They keep asking me for Paper work after paper work looking for every reason not to pay me out. They're follow ups are slow and to actually get through to the persons handling my claim is always a task on it own. I am very disgusted. And to top it off they are probably going to debit order me for a bike I no longer have. Let them try and see what happens.
