No royal greeting from the house.
They actually shouldn't get any stars with me today. 1) Claim approved. 2) Claim split - but amount twice as much. 3) Third Assessor Danie Buitendag rejects the claim. Doesn't have the decency to call me and tell me what is going on. 4) This car should be written off and that is why they are weaselling their way out of it.

Mr Buitendag called me after the moans and promised he'd have a wheel alignment report done to see if new wheel housing on my car's left front and hind wheels are justified/required. It is now Tuesday. When I called him in the early afternoon today, I asked for feedback about the wheel alignment report.
His response: He spoke to me just yesterday.
Me: He said to me that the wheel alignment report will be ready yesterday or today.
His response: A day has 24 hours.
My thoughts: How long does it take to do a wheel alignment? You put the car on the lift. Do the alignment and get the car off the lift... The wheel alignment has been hanging in the air since Thursday.
His response: He spoke to me just yesterday.
Me: He said to me that the wheel alignment report will be ready yesterday or today.
His response: A day has 24 hours.
