No response on emails, progress of the claim

I have been patiently waiting for the response on my claim since 14 December 2015. Ever since I have recorded the claim for the 14th December 2015, I was only told on the 07 January 2016 of which the insurance asked about the settlement letter and car registration papers from the bank of which I have supp**** them and I was told that that my car is a write off. And after that I had an SMS on the 15th January 2016 that King Price is working on my claim and I haven't had any response on them ever since then. This is so inconvenient for me as I do not have a transport to work and I have to take 6 taxis to and from work. Kindly assist<br> Litha
