No response on complaint after unfair termination
King Price have cancelled MY policy due to my partner's insurance history, which I do not fully understand. I have lodged a complaint and till to date I have not received a response from anyone apart from an automatic response. I called King Price today to request feedback and they have had no idea of a complaint. I was promised to be CC'd on an email to the complaints departmet but I have still to receive the mail. <br> <br> The policy has been cancelled and I have neither received termination correspondence nor any resolution about my complaint.
