NO RESPONSE FROM KING PRICE WHEN WANTING TO CANCEL

I took out insurance with King Price this month - call centre was great and very efficient. My application was approved in seconds and my policy document sent to me immediately. As I wanted to cancel my current insurance, my current Insurer matched King Price's offer and i had to cancel with the latter. That is where King Price's service stopped. I spoke to a Debbie who promised me written confirmation of the cancellation, but to no avail. I emailed, phoned again.... NOTHING!! King Price, as a potential future client and one who has word of mouth on her side, I would consider treating us better? Is this now sweeped under the carpet so that you can claim the first month's payment???? PLEASE GET BACK TO ME!!
