No Response and repairs performed not to standard

I’ve been trying to cancel my insurance for a week now but now response, multiple mails have been sent for the cancelation and when you phone the calls drop or you don’t get any response - my new insurance debit order went of as well as King Price. can someone urgently assist with a refund on this as I cannot afford two installments - reason I am canceling the monthly decreases out-ways other companies and the repairs done on my car last year isn't up to standars, don't even know if this will get fixed (one of my collages experienced similar issues with his car and repairs by pre approved king price pannel beaters)
