No response and lack of cooperation.

I was knocked from behind by a drunk, reckless driver. Unfortunately I had only had my brand new car for barely three months. The most disappointing service from an insurance company. They are taking over a week just to find out my previous insurance history. The consultants never call back or even have the decency to follow up and keep me posted. Right now my brand new car is I dont know where...hadn't been touched and King Price has the audacity to delay and act as if they are doing me a favour I'm currently getting quotes from more reputable companies. Their claims department is so unprofessional. They might as well not be working there. Will definately not be recommending them to anyone!
