No Response

I was over charged this month for my insurance policy so I called in to find out what was going on.... I Was told that they were going to call me back or The guy that sold me my policy was going to contact me. The month is nearly over and I AM STILL WAITING.... Also Last week I called in to get a quote on adding a new vehicle to my policy The lady told me her system was slow at the moment and asked if she could call me back later so I said it's fine a week has passed and I am still waiting<br> <br> if I still have no feedback by the close of business today I will be moving to another insurance company.
