No respect for customers
Stop phoning me! Robo callers that keep phoning when you reject the call are the worst! And the disrespect of making someone wait wuth hold music after you call them while an agent is connected is sickening. No respect for my time or focus, just phone whenever you want. I've been a customer for almost a decade but this will make me leave. If you keep phoning I'm done, for real.
