NO RESONCE. no assistace and not worth

My vechile was ****** on 28 feb.Firstly when i phoned in nobody was willing to help.Not even with a lift home!!then after a week of calling and leaving mesages nobody could help me. Only the next monday the vechile was towed away at police.now after a week and a half the vechile is still in storage and on monday the assesor phoned me and told me the vechile is going to be towed to pronto panelbeater in rustenburg. When i phoned after 3 days to hear why is the vechile not yet at panelbeater and holding on for long on the phone their responce is that thr vechile is written off?? What hapend in 3 days time from where the vechile should be towed to panelbeater to written off??? This is the worst insurance as far as i can see. I want a loan vechile. And I want my vechile repaired.
