No refund of money

i opened a King Price policy sometime in February in which cover would start at the begining of March of which i called and cancelled on the 2nd of March. It was explained to me that the debit order had already been processed and i would be charged the initial administration fee and the full month's premium and that i would be refunded prorata for the first two days of the month which i understood completely. It was explained to me that this would take just a few business days. It is now literally A FULL MONTH LATER and i have still not been refunded my money!!!i have called their call centre about 4 times during the course of this month and i keep being told the same damn story about the refund is has been registered but it's been held and they would releaseapprove it and i will receive it in two business days. This has now become an extremely ridiculous waste of my time and money and if this is how this company does business then it really leaves much to be desired from such a renouned establishment. I'm tired of calling these people. This is blatent day time *******.
