No refund

<p>I cancelled my insurance with King Price last month. Yet for some reason they still took their installment which is ok I suppose could of been a mistake... Phone through and request a refund and the gentlemen tells me it will take 5 working days... Cool. Fast forward to almost three weeks later and I'm stilll waiting.... Phone them again and they state that it has been done I must check with my bank which I did before I even phoned . No money... To which the guy said I must wait and he'll check with the people responsible.. it's now two days later and still no feedback nothing... I want my money now.....</p>
