No problems with them, until I wanted to cancel

I cancelled my policy with King Price this month, not due to bad service, I actually found their service quite good, until now... The lady that phoned me regarding the cancellation not only argued with me over my new insurance provider, but couldn't provide a sufficient counteroffer.... There's nothing wrong with not being able to beat the offer, but then her tone of voice became argumentative and when I told her I have no qualms with King Price, it's just that I found a cheaper offer, she was quite short with me and said \we'll send you the cancellation letter
