NO PREMIUM DECREASE, NO CASHBACK, FALSE ADVERTI*****T.
I have been with King Price now for 3 years & 8 months, never have I noticed a proper reduce in value of my car insurance, nor a cashback. The first few months I received R5.00 discount in my insurance premium and thereafter never again. The premium keeps going up but with their "FALSE'' adverti*****t where they will reduce your car premium as your car value decreases, that never actually happens. I have paid now almost R45 000.00 that is half my cars value. I do not see any communication of discounts or decrease in premium. I will have to cancel my insurance with immediate effect as there is no way I can pay my car off in my insurance as well. Due to the "FALSE" adverti*****t of NO premium decreases as value decreases, a court case might be coming up, then I should get my money atleast back for the value decrease.

These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. We have asked your broker to call you to discuss.
