NO POLICY SCHEDULE RECEIVED!!
I spoke to a consultant on Monday 27 November 2023, confirmed my insurance with them.
To date, no policy documents received as promised! Quick to make a sale and deduct monies but where are my policy documents?
What is happening? I need urgent feedback!
