No Payment on Claim

I had a minor accident i called king price and reported my accident they promised to call back they did not i sent an email to claims still no one called me for the whole day to get their attention I reversed my payment they called and rejected my claim and cancelled my cover meanwhile on their email they told me if you reversed your payment they give you 15 days of grace to repay the money you reversedo in my case that was not done they did not even give me option to make a direct deposit so that my claim will be processed they were so quick to just cancel my cover I've been with them for more than 2 years this is only my first claim how about all the money I've paid it all goes to drain now
