NO PAY-OUTS FOR CLAIMS

After being with King Price for more than a year we discovered that some stuff has been ****** during our recent move... We contacted them stating that we would like to claim for the basic carry out of house stuff which we are insured for (as specified during the initial application with them) A Phone and a Leatherman both ****** during the move. They now state that we are not insured for phones and seeing as we were moving at the time we're also not covered! Why then would we have insurance if King price is never willing to pay out and always have excuses as seen on Hello Peter... The only possitive reviews they have is when they can get money out of you but their NEVER willing to help out! What terrible service!!! We told every one how great they were but now we will make sure to let every one know to stay away! I really sympathise with the other people have to manage everything without backup from king price! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
