No Kingprice, you did not make me smile

I made a claim for accidental damage for a microwave. The call centre person took down all the details - spent 10mins gathering information after being upfront and letting him know it seems it could be accidental. He didnt even inform me that there is a huge chance that this may not be covered under the policy - KINGPRICE YOUR PEOPLE NEED UPSKILLING - On a day that I was not home, the assessor came to my home (Husband home) and removed the microwave from my property. This I found quite odd (disturbing too), but felt quite happy as the last time an item was taken by the assessor, the claim was a successful one. Approx 2days later I was informed by a Kingprice rep that the claim was repudiated, as Kingprice does not cover microwaves in their accidental cover part of the policy. When told that the microwave had been removed from my property she was quite shocked, My question then was, who gave them permission to take it, no 1, and no 2, how do I know now that the microwave cannot be fixed. Anything could have happened to the microwave whilst in transit or in their care, and now I cannot have a 2nd opinion as they "contaminated" the way forward. I then got a call from the assessor, Wesley, a very rude man, who raised his voice and continued to hammer at the fact that someone was at my home and that someone had signed for the removal of the microwave - doesnt make sense to me as I am the policy holder and the signature was not specifically for permission to remove the item. To this Wesley starting screaming and shouting about me accusing him of *****ing my microwave, not even trying to give me a chance to explain myself. He then said Kingprice must sort this out and cut the call short. Just before his call I sent Kingprice an email explaining the above - to date no response. Seems like a classic case of passing the buck. This morning I got a call from a very subdued Wesley, asking if he can drop the microwave today - I answered that I will not be available and that I will call him back. After thinking this through, I have decided to take this approach because I dont think anyone at Kingprice is hearing me and I am quite dissatisfied with how this claim and I have been handled.
