No King is Royal

<div>For the second time King is not Royal and consistent with thier promise when it comes to serving their responsibility. They have rejected my recent claim on basis that the Lockdown cover they sold to me from a comprehensive cover to a third party cover. The puzzling thing is that in this product Hailstorm and fire are classified as third party. I have just listen to the product sale recording and all their claim is not even stated in the conversation that what I was sold was a third party cover except that it reduced my premiums. </div>
