No Januworry for me

Called to make amendments to my policy and was transferred to Sybrand Pelser to review my policy. Extremely polite and lighthearted person, really went above and beyond to assist me. We could do with more people who are like him, who value client service and try to keep the conversation light(because we all know how insurance discussions can go) especially given where we find ourselves as a people.
