No help kingprice insurance

Kingprice is not insurance you can trust, is a insurance which manipulate situation for them to rob clients, I reported a claim in 09 October 2023 even today I didn't got any help from them what they did is to send me to Montana Auto magic with my costs of petrol when I arrive at Auto magic the Receptionist told me they no longer work with kingprice and they took their other penelbiting in Montana and it agreed that it works with kingprice and they give me directions and I went there and they took pictures of the damaged areas and disc I left after two weeks a lady called Eliza and cross Quation me about pictures and he she wants to complete my data and also told me my claim is being approved with R17000 of which where I have also made quotations they go to R35000 I even send her the quotation from PPG target she never came back to me since she said I'm going to talk with my manager till today, to do business with kingprice is risky and dangerous, what they saying all the time saying how can we make your day royal and say they treat clients like kings is not true kingprice is a ****, I left many messages and emails but no help I have asked simple thing just to say Eliza to call me back because his number is not working, people be aware of kingprice don't risk your life
