No formal quote can be emailed before accepting?

Dear King Price Insurance,<br> <br> It is really frustrating that a customer has to spend about 45mins on the phone discussing particulars for insurance cover and then being bul**** into taking the insurance without the option to digest and understand terms and conditions.<br> <br> I simply asked the sales consultant to send me a formal quote via email and contact me an hour later, and i was told he CAN NOT do that and I had to take the cover there and then.<br> <br> Is this the pride you take in getting customers in a bullish way???<br> <br> Your quote was lower than my current premium, and all I really wanted to do was pre-read the policy - unfortunately, i would rather pay a slightly higher premium to a company who understands and respects the consumers concerns. <br>
