No folliw up by King price on repair complaint

My son's Mazda was in for repairs after an accident damaging the front end on 18 January 2023 It stood at the insurance appointed autobody shop for 2 months waiting for parts. We were eventually able to collect it on 17 March. On 15 April while driving on the freeway towards Pretoria the car overheated. We had to pay extra at the towing company to get the vehicle back home as it was out of acceptable distance. Upon inspection it was leaking water from the radiator, therefore the overheating. Since the radiator is in the front end of the vehicle it means that thevrepairer has not fixed the damage sustained to the radiator in the accident.

I have been phoning regularly the last 2 weeks+ and nobody can tell me anything, only that an assessor is investigating it, and they would phone me back after speaking to him. This never happens! I also only receive an automated reply acknowledging receipt of my email, and not any other communication. Since the car is not drivable without coolant, it has cost us for alternative transport as well. If an assessor is investigating this why has he/she not contacted me or the repairer?
