No feedback - updated pol still outstanding

I have a policy at King Price.<br> I trade in one vehicle and bought a new one. My request was to replace the old vehicle with the new one. Confirmed all my detail.<br> Received the contract and this woman captured my details incorrectly. I rep**** with an email explaining what is wrong.<br> No response. I sent another email requesting someone to get back to me to update, no response, although all my mails are read every time. <br> I am really not impressed with the service, feedback or the way this is handled. <br> <br> The service at King Price is on the way down. I have never had this experience in the past and I have done a few changes to my policy. Unacceptable!!!<br> <br> I am still waiting for my updated policy. Apparently the issue is not sorted at King Price? Why does it take so long. I want feedback per email please
