No Feedback on queries and claim

I logged a claim with King price in APRIL already for 1 off my bathrooms with water leakage in the walls. After a hassle they send people out. The guys are there with a ladder only, no detection tools at all. Have to waste my money to get hold of them again. 2 days later detection is done. King price phoned to advise that there is no water leak detected on the pipes. No other info at all. I advised that there is obviously a leak somewhere beacause the walls are wet. No feedback again. on 08/07/2023 i received a sms from King Price saying I have 30 days to do the repair/replacement on my claim. Just a hint, after they receive your business they never phone you back!!!! After a 20 minute call from my side to them, they were going to contact me back to advise if the claim was succesfull and if they were going to repair the damage in the bathroom. Upon today 25/07/2023 I have received NO phone call or a reply on my emails sent to them. Not only me but my friends and family will now be cancelling our policies with King Price. Service is pathetic.
