No feedback on claim

I was involved in an accident three weeks ago, raised a claim 2 days and I have been waiting for King Price to process my claim. My car is essential in my life and doesn't look like I am taken seriously by King Price. Bad bad service. I am after you, no courtesy call at all. I do the calling and there is never any feedback just promises. Three weeks later my car is still in the my yard and not fixed.
