no feedback on a claim

I logged a tyre claim on the 3rd of June, till today no one had fedback to me on this claim, i have emailed and called him, spoke to Beverley in the trye and rim claims department on the 7th june in the morning, she said she would feedback later in the afternoon, no call or email since then, do we need to always call and check whats happening to our claims really, but they quick to take our money
