No feedback for claim

Good day,

I have had a vehicle insurance with King Price for a number of years. My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 3rd of March 2022 and I was informed that they would repair it. I have been following-up on the vehicle repair woth King Price and each time I am given different information. A week ago, I request for details of the company doing the repairs and to my surprise, the mechanic told me that nothing has been done from the time the vehicle has been with King Price to date. It is now almost 2 months without my vehicle and I have not been given any feedback by the insurer on the status of my vehicle. I have not been offered a loan vehicle during the time that my vehicle is with King Price and I am losing income on a daily basis because I do not have any means of transport. My insurance premiums have always been up to date and even now, they keep debiting my account for monthly premiums yet nothing is being done on my vehicle. What does it take for me to have the claim processed? Is that the Royal treatment they promise when a person signs up with them? This is my first time claiming from my insurance and the accident was not even caused by me but the service so far is ridiculous. I cannot be expected to just sit and wait when the insurer is not doing anything to my vehicle. At what point should I expect some form of feedback as provided by other insurers? Policy number KP***
