No Feedback
I recently claimed for my Iphone that fell and was damaged. I was informed that my claim will not be settled due to late notification. I requested via email to the claims handler, that I need a manager to phone me, see mail below. This was sent on Monday morning 07:22 already and I have not received any feedback. Quick to take your money, not so quick with their feedback.

Good day Runjay,

I would like a manager to give me a call with regards to this claim. I would like to know the following:

Why was I not told that my claim will not be paid when I was on the phone registering the claim?
Why was I told that my phone will be picked up by a service provider and that my excess will be R500, this creates an expectation that King Price will be settling the claim.
I understand that the claim was registered outside the 30 day period, however, I would like to know how King Price was prejudiced in me reporting my claim outside the 30 day period? I did explain why I did not registered the claim immediately.

I would like a manager to phone me to telephonically discuss this matter and I would also like the recording when I registered the claim.

Let start the clock!!!
