<p>I recently put in a claim which was attended to promptly by King Price. After my vehicle was repaired I noticed scratches on my rear bumper. I reported this to King Price and the panel beaters and I was told that they received the vehicle with those scratches. The scratches definitely happened at some point after my accident. Now I'm being treated like a dog because nobody seems bothered to assist me. Should I not get a satisfactory response then I will take the matter further and will consider cancelling my policy with King Price due to the lack of customer service.</p>
