My husband was involved in an accident in my vehicle on the 22nd March and still to date the car has not been assessed by King Price Assessors, when I call I receive the same story. I am stuck without a vehicle and they are taking their time. I called this morning and I was holding for 10 minutes after the phone was put down on me, same thing happened when I was trying to get assistance for the tow truck, I was holding for more than 20 minutes then the phone went dead, that is an emergency line but you don't get help quick. Its been two weeks and nothing has been done with my car or claim, I have submitted all documents required and I have given KP the cellphone number of the detective handling the case as well but nothing has been done so far. I am really frustrated as I am using taxis to work.
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
We are urgently looking into the claim and will provide you with feedback as soon as possible, we note the assesment has been completed and sent to claims for final descision.
