I had an accident abt 2 n half weeks ago. To date I have been calling the claims department n the panel beater to find out whts going on. Always being told that I will receieve a call back from the insurance n nuttin happens. The panel beaters closes this week n im stuck without a vehicle cauz I gotta fork out for the excess n then car hire. So much for being handled like royalty. Really disappointed. Stil waiting for the call back from Tuesday as well. Really need to get their act together. I taut soo highly of them. Not anymore

We wish to note that the panel beater you selected had only supp**** us with the report on Tuesday the 15th before the public holiday hence we where only able to administrate the claim today the 17th.
