No feedback

I made a claim last week for scratch and dent but the person from King Price by the name of Corlia Rhedeer is not being much helpful, I have to constantly follow up with her myself and today I did not call her so she's been quiet. She told me to go do a quotation which I did last week, I called yesterday and I was told she would call me back which did not happen until I had to call her again, she told me to forward the quotation to her and she would get back to me. It's now almost the end of the day and she has not given any feedback as promised yesterday, I am not sure whether she's too busy because now I am the one who keeps calling her. If she has too many things to attend to could she please give me someone else who can assist me, this is disappointing because the people who have helped previously from King Price were very helpful and kept me up to date all the time.
